Manuel bandeira biography

Manuel Bandeira he was born in 1886 and died in 1968. In his youth, his fragile health, due to tuberculosis, led the poet to a life of insecurity about the future. Nevertheless, in 1917 he published his first book of poetry: the gray hours.
